Under an Intrinsic support contract, you become a priority customer, with access to our Help Desk services, and priority treatment for our consulting and development services.

Help Desk
Our Help Desk is staffed by seasoned professionals that know this business inside out. The people who can answer the questions and provide troubleshooting services are part of the help desk service. In general, all queries are attended to within two hours, usually including solutions. A mandatory requirement for Help Desk support is a 33k modem (or better).

System Implementation Support
System implementation is something we have done forever. Our staff are veterans who have been there, done that and have battle scars to prove it. The first task of the implementation process is to conduct a System Review. This reviews how you currently work and maps those procedures to your software.  Any special requirements are identified and where appropriate, custom developments will be scheduled.
